Jennifer Trimarchi

Jen believes that self awareness is key in order for growth and change to blossom. She sees her clients as fellow travelers and provides counseling in a genuine, compassionate and collaborative environment. She ensures that her clients have a safe space to express their thoughts and concerns freely and without fear of judgement. With a psychodynamic approach, her therapy focuses on the unconscious mind and creating purpose. There is also an emphasis on the mind/body connection through the practice of mindfulness skills.

EDUCATION, Licenses & CERTIFICATIONS 

Jen has completed a Masters of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Monmouth University and a Masters of Education in Human Sexuality Studies from Widener University. She is both a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC). She also is a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and a certified Substance Awareness Coordinator (SAC).
