How can therapy help me?

Whether you're experiencing thoughts of hopelessness or shame, unexplained anxiety, relationship fatigue, or a general feeling of unease within yourself, therapy can offer support.

The purpose of therapy is to provide groundwork in heightening awareness around the unconscious aspects of our mind, and begin to breakdown any blocks or barriers that prevent psychological growth. We will focus on the unconscious processes and motivations that manifest through behaviors. One goal of therapy is to emphasize self-awareness and explore how a person’s past influences the present. It can help guide one into manifesting meaning and purpose within the person they are and/or the person they want to be. Therapy is also a way to achieve and build upon self-empowerment.

A healer does not heal you. A healer is someone who holds space for you while you awaken your inner healer, so that you may heal yourself.
